her words. oh god, her words. and oh jesus, her lips were kissing his bruises. on his chest, his face. lukas lay trembling under her touch, he didn't even attempt to disguise it. whether this was because he didn't have the energy to, or whether it was really because he didn't care if sophia knew the affect she had on him. the way her fingers were combing through his hair, he didn't know either to roll his eyes back in ecstasy, or to keep them locked onto her. after her words the kiss changed. ceased being gentle and became fierce. in a single moment, the minor tinder fire had erupted into an out of control industrialized blaze. the flames burnt at him, the only way he could stifle the flames was to kiss her more. to deepen the kiss. to run the tip of his tongue over her teeth. his bare skin erupted into goosebumps as her hands roamed over his shoulders, down his arms. lukas' muscles tinged under her touch. smiling into the kiss, as he heard her audible gasps and moans. drawing her into him, their legs twined together. his hands sliding down her back, toying with the edge of her shirt before sliding inside. his hands caressed the curves of her hips, taking in every inch of the smooth flesh. he wanted her. so badly. he neede- drawing away, lukas gasped for oxygen as if he'd been starved of it. his chest heaving up and down, his eyes squeezed shut, in his attempt to regain control. resting his forehead on hers, he let off a little groan. "i think..." he panted. "as much as i'm enjoying this, and really don't want to..." he paused, still holding her against his body. unable to ignore the tingling heat that ran throughout his body. the hypersensitive nature his skin seemed to take on; whenever she touched him. even the slightest touch. "...we need to stop," clenching his jaw, and laughing slightly under his breath. he had to remind himself that he needed to say this. he needed to complete this sentence. before he got carried away. before they got carried away. he couldn't walk without hurting, anything more would not be sensible. besides, he wanted everything to be different with sophia. cliche? maybe. but lukas didn't know why he wanted things to be different. she was beautiful. she was different. she was funny. she ignored him when he was being overly flirtatious and arrogant. but lukas still couldn't pinpoint why. why it had upset him so much another guy dancing with her? another guy daring to hurt her? why he'd turned his back on their attacker to comfort her? he didn't know. but it was for the same reason he knew that he had to regain control of the situation. "because if we don't, i'm going to have to spend the rest of the night sulking in an extremely cold shower,". the laughter continued to roll off his tongue, as he rose his eyes to the heavens; he cursed under his breath "shit"... he felt as if the cosmic universe were once again using him as their play toy. "sometimes life is so cruel," he muttered, kissing her hair. his fingers trailing up and down the bare flesh that covered her spine, underneath her shirt. his other hand still wrapped in her hair, tilted her head backwards slightly so his lips met hers. "thankyou for today," kissing her inbetween statements, each kiss slow and lingering. "thankyou for the plasters and peas," smiling slightly into her mouth at this. "thankyou for caring,". the final kiss was longer, deeper. it said things that lukas didn't have words to explain. his arms remained wrapped around her, her body molded tightly into his. their legs entwined. lukas was overcome with fatigue; all adrenalin and energy vanished from his body. his head lolled back onto the pillow, a slow smile spreading across his face. so close to sleep, lukas would never be sure whether he actually spoke the words. everything became suddenly clear in his semi-conscious, borderline dreamworld state. "i think ... i might love..." he murmured; before darkness engulfed him. lukas' drawing for sophia & tigger :3

i don't know well maybe i'm in love Sophia inhaled sharply when their kiss broke, her lungs welcoming the oxygen that her desperately pumping heart needed. Her breathing was too fast, her hands were still gripping his hair and shoulder, but her lips were no longer locked in Lukas', simply tingling on their own. Every part of her that had touched him felt over sensitive. Her back wanted to arch where his hand was placed on her skin and her legs sparked electricity from where their legs interlocked. Sophia let her head drop back on the pillow, rolling onto her back very slightly and loosening her grip on Lukas. She felt like she'd run a marathon, her heart was racing so fast. Her head was still turned to Lukas, their foreheads touching. Sophia could feel her pulse under her own skin, across her entire body, like a timebomb that would have exploded if the two of them hadn't stopped when they had. Despite the fact that her body was cooling, no longer blazing but more smouldering, Sophia could feel Lukas holding her close to him. She let her head nod slightly at his words, giggling as he added about the shower. She felt like teasing him, but her mind would not supply her with an appropriately witty comment in it's fatigued state. Now that the rush of hormones was leaving her body she could feel her muscles starting to tire. Her affect on him amused her, along with flattered her. His trailing fingers felt odd on her skin, almost like they tickled but in a far nicer way. She wanted to shiver, as if she were cold, but the constant distraction of his hands on her skin prevented her body from doing anything but appreciate.
Every kiss with Lukas felt different, and this was no exception. There was no blazing fire this time, no rush of hormones or adrenalin through her system, more of a slow glow of warmth spreading from her stomach outwards. It was comforting. Sophia enjoyed their last kiss the most – it felt like a kiss that came from something deeper than lust. It was reassuring and guided her into sleep. She, just like Lukas, would never be sure if he'd actually spoken the words or not, but the idea that he might love her carried Sophia into a blissful sleep.
When Sophia awoke, the sun was drifting lazily through a gap in the curtains and falling across Lukas' hair, into her eyes. Her body clock told her it was probably around eight o'clock in the morning, which meant that she should be up and active by now. Lukas was still completely asleep in the bed next to her, but as she tried to move she felt his arms tighten around her. ”I'm just going downstairs.” she said to him gently, kissing his hair, ”I'll make you a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich if you let me go?” she said, but his arms had already loosened a little so that she could move so Sophia assumed he was completely asleep again. Sophia slipped out of bed, moving downstairs and letting Asher out of his cage and into the garden. The day was fresh, sunny but cold and surprisingly crisp. Sophia moved away from the back door, flicking the kettle on and digging some bacon out of the freezer. Asher came in from outside and sniffed around Sophia's ankles, pawing at her bare feet until she bent down to pay him attention. ”Hello little man.” she said to the puppy, scooping him up into her arms. ”Are you eyeing up breakfast?” she asked him, letting him nuzzle into her neck gently. Leaving the bacon to defrost, Sophia put Asher onto the floor and took a tin of his puppy food out of the fridge in order to feed him. Her life had altered quite a lot in the last few weeks. Instead of simply looking after herself, she now had a demanding puppy and Lukas in her life. Sure, she had less money in her pocket and less spare time on her hands, but Sophia felt happier than she'd ever been. Asher was preoccupied with eating his food, so Sophia turned on the hob and threw some bacon into the frying pan, leaving them to sizzle and fill the house with their smell while she buttered some bread and found a couple of clean plates. If there was one thing she needed to do today it was the washing up.
Sophia's lifestyle had previously been very simple – she went to work, came home and did the housework, then went out to take photos or sat and read a book. Now, she went to work and would come home to feed Asher before either going out to meet Lukas or preparing for him to come to her house. He had infiltrated her life quickly, a change that they both seemed completely open to. Sophia was beginning to realise that between moving out and the last few weeks of her life, she'd been hovering between things. The only reason she'd taken a full time job was to pay for the hefty mortgage she had on the small house she lived in. Looking around her little kitchen Sophia realised that despite the houses size, she had a lot of housework to catch up on. Flipping the bacon in the pan, Sophia let the hot tap run into the sink and filled it with frothy, bubbly water. As the smell of bacon wafted through the house, Sophia went into the lounge to collect any glasses and rubbish. While there, she spotted that her sketchpad was on the table. Odd, she didn't remember leaving it there. With a shrug, Sophia put the pad under her arm and carried it to the kitchen with her. She dumped rubbish in the bin, glasses in the sink and put the pad on the dining table, before putting the bacon into the sandwiches, pouring tea and laying it all out on the table. She'd hoped that the smell of food would wake Lukas from bed, so sat down and chewed on her own sandwich while flicking through her sketchpad. She normally used it for pencil sketches of photos she would like to take or for jotting notes down when someone important phoned her. Sophia didn't consider herself a very able artist, so when she encountered a fully coloured drawing in her sketchpad she stopped and looked at it for a moment.
The only person that could have drawn it would have been Lukas, Sophia thought. The motorcross gloves and boots gave that much away anyway, regardless of the fact he was the only person who ever came to her house. Sophia studied the picture, her cheeks flushed modestly, noting the way her name was written across the bottom. The figure in the picture looked like she belonged in a fairytale, holding Sophia's masquerade mask and standing under a swirling tree. Sophia smiled appreciatively, closing the sketchbook and putting on her lap. She didn't know if she'd tell Lukas that she'd found it yet, but later she would frame it and put it somewhere in the house. There was plenty of her art on the walls and now that Lukas seemed to half live here, Sophia felt it was only fair he was creditted too.
This brought a thought to Sophia's mind, one that made her frown a little as she finished her sandwich. The bacon was still slightly too hot to be eaten in such a large mouthful, making Sophia's chest burn unpleasantly for a couple of seconds. She sipped her tea to wash away the feeling while considering what her mind had brought up. She was however, dragged from her musings by the arrival of a sleepy looking Lukas. Sophia couldn't help but smile at how his hair was sticking up at random angles. ”Morning sleeping beauty, feeling any better this morning?” she asked him, gesturing for him to sit down where his sandwich was. ”Might want to eat it before it gets cold.” Sophia let him eat in silence, drinking her tea and trying to untangle her hair with her fingers. Her mind was still on the subject she'd thought of a few moments previously and would remain stuck there if she didn't ask about it soon. Suddenly, Sophia was nervous; she bit her lip and leant down to pet Asher before speaking. ”Lukas, y'know... us? Is it an.. official thing now?”

they were coming for him. they were coming for him, because of her. hunting them down like a pack of wild animals. lukas needed to do something, and fast. his mind was spinning. who is the her they're coming after? the her the voices were referring to? sophia a voice hissed deep from within his subconscious. where were we? 'your parents holiday cabin in the alps' the voice answered. sophia. he spun around, his eyes scanning the familiar room in front of him. family portraits hung off the walls. lukas at his first motocross competition. lukas being held upside down over a pool in spain by his grandad. lukas aged three, sat naked in a sink eating a icepop... 'i always hated that picture' lukas thought to himself. cursing for not removing it before sophia arrived. who in their right minds, allows their three year old child to sit naked in a sink, eating a strawberry popsicle. let alone, actually taking a picture of your three year old child, sitting naked in a sink eating an icepop. "focus," lukas chastised himself outloud. remember, lukas remember. they're coming for her, they're coming for you. his mind froze. his thoughts processing each individual piece of information, trying to piece together the blanks in his mind. 'if they're coming for us, then surely we should be... but where i-' realisiation dawned on him. "SOPHIA" lukas shouted, spinning around, he knocked his mum's favourite lamp off the sideboard. though he paid little attention to this, all his mind was screaming at him was that he needed to find sophia. tearing through the bedrooms, he flung open doors to empty rooms, his ears straining for a reply. "sophia!" he shouted again, hysteria clear in his voice. she wasn't here. sprinting through into the kitchen, he saw cutlery all over the worktops, the floor. the back door the cabin was open...
lukas woke with a start. his breathing erratic. his head whipped around. sophia. his arm was still wrapped around her. she was there. she was there and safe. nobody was coming to get them. it had been a dream. just a horrible dream. flopping back onto the pillows, lukas closed his eyes once more- before dropping back into a deep, and this time dreamless free, sleep.
slowly returning to consciousness, lukas remained lying totally still for a moment, other than tensing his right arm to see if sophia was still in bed. his arm felt nothing. no warmth. no soft flesh. empty. sighing, he opened his eyes. she was gone. the memories of the dream flashed back to him. his heartbeat accelerating in a subconscious reaction. "it was just a dream, you idiot," he muttered to himself. his nostrils picking up the scent of breakfast. bacon to be precise. stomach grumbling in anticipation, he clambered out of bed. ignoring the deep ache set within his muscles, he walked to the bathroom. glancing at himself briefly in the mirror, as he brushed his teeth- bruising was now apparent over his hips, ribs and shoulder. a light blue bruise apparent on his right cheekbone. "well." lukas muttered to himself, before debating whether to put his clothes from last night back on. he decided against it. settling for just his black calvin klein boxers, he made his way down the stairs. his footsteps creaking on the stairs beneath his weight. sophia was sat on the table, he inwardly groaned at her chirpiness. "you are such a morning person," he muttered, a permanent frown constantly etched on his features this morning. taking his seat, he wolfed down the breakfast, barely pausing for breath.
when he was finished, he stood up from the table, placing the plate gently into the bowl, before pouring himself a cup of coffee. he was feeling slightly more sociable. his ribs didn't hurt as much standing up. raising the cup to his lips, he took a swig of the drink just as she spoke. her words made him suck in an involuntary gasp of air, essentially causing him to choke on the liquid. in between spluttering and gasping for air; his mind was jumbled. he wanted her. he wanted her all to himself. that much was obvious. but lukas had never been in an official relationship before. he had assumed that the official 'us' had been already set in stone. he didn't know how these things exactly worked. finally managing to not suffocate to death, he ran a hand through his already ruffled hair, before once more taking his seat opposite her at the table. clearing his throat, he glanced at her. "sorry..." he mumbled. "you'll have to forgive me," his eyes darting around the room, attempting to find the right words to say. "i'm not exactly knowledgeable on how relationships begin or end," forcing his gaze back onto hers, he cleared his throat before speaking again. "you see, i've never been in an official relationship. i've never actually had an official 'us'... with me being one half of the us. its always just been an arrangement. nothing emotional. we've just always h-" lukas broke off swiftly from his rambling. "i think it's best we don't mention that," he muttered. wishing this conversation had been left until his brain was in correct working order. "what i'm trying to say is, i'm not entirely sure how this works. i know women... but i don't know 'official' relationships that well. i've never met anyone i wanted to get into an official relationship with... before you" he leant across the table, "no-one i've ever wanted all to myself... if you're sure you want me?" wrapping her hand into his before raising it to his face. "then yes, i want nothing more than for us to be official," placing a lingering kiss on the meaty flesh of her palm. "because quite frankly, i'm not sure how many more men my body/sanity can handle fighting off," he teased.

i don't know well maybe i'm in love Asher's wet nose pressed into Sophia's palm as she waited for Lukas' answer. Her palms were slightly sweaty – she hadn't realised that Lukas' answer would be so important to her. She could feel his eyes on her so looked up, letting Asher sit on her lap where he sniffed at her mug curiously. Sophia briefly realised that unlike her, Lukas was not awake yet and probably wasn't up to answering the question she'd just asked, but it was too late to retract it now. His recollections of his romantic past was completely the opposite to Sophia, who had had three boyfriends. Two of which had lasted a few weeks while her last, two years ago, had bordered on eight months. She'd only been physically involved with a man a couple of times, before they had decided it was too weird seeing as the two of them had been best friends before their relationship, and called the whole thing off. Sophia let her fingers curl around his before moving her hand, with his, up to Lukas' face and cupping his cheek gently. ”I'm sure.” she said quietly, her hand tingling from his kiss. ”I don't think you're in any condition for fighting people off right now anyway.” she replied, joining the teasing in order to lighten the atmosphere. She brushed her thumb across his lips and his cheek, caressing the skin very gently. Then, letting Asher jump to the floor, Sophia stood and made her way around to Lukas, sitting on his lap carefully. ”How are you feeling today, physically?” she asked, her voice gentle as she inspected the bruise on Lukas' cheek. Moving her hands away, she gently kissed the bruise, her lips just brushing his skin, before trailing her hands gently over his chest and inspecting the bruises there. Sophia felt immense guilt wash over her, she wouldn't have these bruises if it weren't for her.
”Do you hurt as much today?” she asked, watching him for signs that her current position was uncomfortable for him. Sophia ran her hands through his hand, trying to tame the mad mess that had been left behind by the styling product he'd used the night before. ”You didn't have to get all beaten up over me...” she murmured, resting her forehead against his and running her thumb over his unbruised cheekbone. ”Though I suppose it means I have an excuse to keep you close now, to make sure you don't get into any other fights – over me or not.” Sophia was protective, it was in her nature. It was in Demeter's nature. She protected the things that meant a lot to her fiercely – Sophia remembered how Demeter let the winter come every year when her daughter had to return to the underworld; the severity of the goddess' mourning finally made sense to Sophia. She would want to suck the life from the rest of the world if Lukas went anywhere, because without him she imagined she would have very little life left herself. Sophia thought of Demeter's caring hand in the crops and nature and felt her insides warm a little. If all of the things she had ever been told were true, Sophia was proud of the goddess inside of her. Suddenly aware of the fact she'd spaced out in a daze, Sophia returned to the reality that was her kitchen and Lukas. Sophia was suddenly aware that he was shirtless... and trouserless. Sophia stood up quickly and ran a hand through her hair, her face flushing slightly. ”The clothes you left here last time are in the bottom drawer of the cabinet in my room.” she said, averting her eyes from Lukas chastely. ”And there's some lynx showergel that I picked up, so you don't have to feel so girly.” The mention of showering only filled Sophia's mind with other thoughts and images which made her flush darken to the point where she turned away from Lukas to walk into the main part of the kitchen, beginning the washing up. She didn't want him to see how much of an effect he could have on her, bruised or not.

you're going to have to go easy on me then..." lukas replied to her teasing remark. his eyebrows raised in shock when she sat down on his lap. though he quickly attempted to cover this with an expression of nonchalance. "you can keep me as close as you want me," he whispered into her ear, his arms circling her waist, fingers playing up and down her spine. he smiled at her, when she asked about his injuries. "i've never felt better," his bravado spoken more for his sake, than sophia's. she wasn't an idiot. "how do i feel physically... um," he mumbled, answering her earlier question. lukas was awfully aware of the lips brushing against his flesh, of the hands roaming his chest. " fantastic,".
he couldn't resist allowing the evil smirk that crept onto his features appear, when he saw sophia blush- in the realisation of how little he in fact had on. it had taken her a while to realise, even with her being sat on his lap. she'd merely spaced out for a while. lukas liked to tell himself this was the irresistible affect he had on her. however, this probably wasn't the case, knowing sophia she was probably thinking about lunch for asher. resisting the urge to snake his arms around her waist, and pull her back onto him- he responded to her swift departure with a quip of his eyebrow and a minor snort. when she turned to speak to him, an obviously flush tinging her cheeks; he plastered an all too innocent facade over his features. his eyes widening in 'shock', the smirk vanished as if it had never been present. "is something wrong, sophia?" rising slowly from the chair, so not to aggravate his ribs. "well, now you mention it. i do feel a bit... stiff today," he drawled, his lips slowly insinuating the words his mind carefully picked out. "my ribs... i'm not sure i can manage to wash myself, let alone put my clothes back on..." chewing the corner of his lip in 'concern'. "he really did get me badly in the ribs a few times... i know i should have been more careful. but all i was worried about was protecting you," his voice to someone who didn't know him would have sounded utterly and totally sincere. however, lukas knew sophia knew better him better than most. to her his voice would calculated, scheming even. "i would hate to... make you bend over backwards... into a rather compromising position... but i'm just not sure i can manage" sometimes lukas theiran was too good with words for his own good.
he was still laughing to himself even in the shower. silently thanking her for the less feminine shower gel. at least he couldn't smell like a baby prostitute all day now. his leather had been in the wash a total of five times, before he'd been able to totally remove the smell from them. the lather ran from his body into the plug. he watched it run into the hole, as he rinsed all the soap from his body, and the shampoo from his hair. lukas couldn't deny he loved the affect he had over sophia. the way he made her blush, when she realised he was a tad too close for comfort, wearing very little clothing. even when he looked like he'd been beaten with a rolling pin. but he also couldn't deny the affect that she appeared to have over him. he didn't like to admit it, but if she told him to jump off the side of a bridge, do a triple back flip and land on one foot- three hundred feet below... lukas would sure as hell try. lukas was conscious of not using up all her hot water. he threw on a spare pair of boxers that he luckily kept here, slung the towel around his neck and wandered over to sophia's room. shutting the door behind him, lukas was in a little world of his own, oblivious to everything surrounding him.

i don't know well maybe i'm in love Sophia busied herself starting the washing up. She concentrated on the menial task, trying to keep her mind off of Lukas and the amount of his skin that was on show. It wasn't working. It might have worked if Lukas hadn't started talking in such a provocative manner. Sophia's face was burning and her stomach was tingling with a sensation she hadn't felt in a long time. Trying to keep her breathing even and keep her heartbeat as quiet as possible, Sophia continued with the washing up, letting Lukas walk up to the shower without looking at him. He really knew how to mess with her. However, once Sophia had finished with the washing up, she began to wonder how she could get him back. Sophia wasn't sure whether to laugh at her own thoughts or not as she considered ways of getting him into various compromising positions. Lukas was slowly riddling her thoughts with innuendos and all sorts of dirty things that she had never before considered. Sophia's face continued to burn. As the clock across the kitchen ticked closer to eleven o'clock in the morning, Sophia went upstairs to get dressed. She walked into her room, only pulling the door to behind her instead of clicking the mechanism shut, and crossed to her wardrobe. She pulled out a purple dress from inside, matching it with a set of white sandals, before rummaging around for underwear for the day. Sophia couldn't stand not wearing matching underwear, but everything in her drawers seemed to be determined to go against her. The only matching things she could find were black, which made Sophia's stomach flip over again. Girls only own black underwear if they want someone to see it. she remembered from a film she'd watched once, though she couldn't think what. Still, it seemed to be her only option so Sophia threw the underwear onto her bed too.
As she stripped off her pyjamas, Sophia considered Lukas in the bathroom – he would be a while yet. She doubted he would be as fast as usual with his various bruises restricting his movements somewhat. So, Sophia leisurely changed, catching a glimpse of herself in the mirror in only her underwear and smiling. All of her time outside seemed to slowly be paying off and ridding her of any excess wobbly bits. The black underwear reminded Sophia of something she'd bought the week before, during the same shopping trip in which she had bought her masquerade dress. Digging through her wardrobe, she found the plastic bag that had her new riding leathers in. Since sitting on the back of Lukas' motorbike seemed to be becoming a habit, Sophia had figured it was about time she got kitted out for such journeys. Out of the bag came a pair of long leather trousers and a vintage leather jacket. Sophia pulled the trousers on first, leaving them hanging around her hips, not quite covering her underwear, whilst she unzipped her leather jacket. She held the heavy jacket between her hands but decided she would put it on last, first finding the boots she'd bought and putting them on over the leather trousers. Once again, she caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror and blushed with modesty. She looked... different. This was a side of Sophia that had grown out of knowing Lukas. Sophia pulled her jacket on, facing her reflection as she zipped it up, leaving it slightly open, exposing a small amount of cleavage. Sophia giggled to herself, she felt like some sort of biker girl, or one of the bad girls in school, or someone else equally badass that she'd never had the guts to be.
In the reflection in the mirror Sophia saw the door open and watched Lukas walk in, in snug boxers, in a world of his own. Sophia almost told him to get out, but reconsidered. Instead she put her thumbs into the trouser pockets, pulling them down slightly to rest happily on her hips, just below the edge of her knickers (though she didn't notice this) and looked at him in the mirror. ”What do you think?” she asked, looking for his reaction to her snug fitting clothes and surprising cleavage (it was all in the bra). ”I figured that since we seem to go everywhere on your bike, I may as well get myself some proper clothes for it. After all, my old grey cardigan isn't going to protect me.” she mused, her tone thoughtful while inside she was scheming. Sophia turned around and walked over to Lukas, empowered by the sexy clothing to act similarly. ”Do you think I might need something a little bulkier? Or will this do?” she asked, looking up at him from under her eyelashes, her thumbs still in her pockets. Instead of waiting for an answer, Sophia turned back around and began unzipping the jacket, slipping her arms out of the sleeves while facing away from him and putting the jacket back in the cupboard. ”I guess they'll have to stay in my room for a while though, because if you can barely manage to shower and dress yourself then I'm definitely not letting you get on that bike.” she said, turning around and going over to her bed, leaning over a little to pick up her dress, which she slipped over her head, but not before she assured herself that he'd gotten a nice view of her torso. Sophia let the dress fall down and kicked off her boots then pulling her leather trousers off in the same movement. Even without the leather, the confidence remained for Sophia as she adjusted the dress to sit comfortably on her thighs. ”Do you want some help getting a shirt on? I imagine you're feeling quite stiff.” she reused the word he had used previously downstairs and bent down to pick up some of his clothes out of her drawers. She stood in front of him, putting the clothes on the bed and her hands on his shoulders. ”If you want, I'll give you a backrub later and see if we can loosen you up a little?” she offered innocently, but behind her sweet smile was something far sexier that thrived in Lukas' presence.

let this be a lesson to you; if you play with fire, you are bound to get burned. and lukas got burnt. sophia set him alight, watched him burn and then danced on the embers. intially lukas didn't recognise her presence in the room. his mind had been drifting over little memories, entertaining him whilst he got ready. it was only when he heard an almost inaudible shuffle at the edge of the room; that his head whipped up and he saw he wasn't alone. not only was he not on his own, but sophia was stood infront of the mirror. the fact that sophia was in the room with him, whilst he was partially dressed was enough to make lukas feel the heat. but this? he was pretty sure his eyeballs popped out of his head, dropped to the floor and rolled underneath the bed. lukas' eyes raked over her, whilst reminding himself to close his mouth. he gulped slightly as she looked back at him in the mirror, his eyes drinking in the vision infront of him. sophia was dressed in the tightest leather pants he'd seen. his eyes traced over her legs, each inch of them accentuated by the material covering them. her fingers were slung into the top of the trousers, revealing an inch of lace underwear around the rim. trying to drag his eyes away, he found them stuck to this. damn.
lukas heard her voice as if it were through a thick haze. dragging his gaze up to meet her own, his expression was stunned. he still hadn't managed to say a word. he drank in the image of her pale flesh, the slender curves of her hips, the cleavage revealed through the top of the jacket. yeah, lukas was pretty sure he was damned. hearing her utter atleast two more sentences, lukas knew he needed to answer. clearing his throat, he gulped once more, his eyes unsure where to look. to his utter mortification his voice sounded strained, "it will...do," he managed. before lapsing back into silence. when she began removing the jacket, lukas knew right then she was trying to kill him. the angle she stood offered him the perfect view of her bare torso. of the milky, satin flesh. feeling a rush of adrenalin shoot to all corners of his body; it felt as though he'd been struck by a thousand miniature electric currents. poor lukas, his mind was in the gutter. he didn't know what to say, how to respond. though outwards he remained silent, his mind was spinning, overloading with incoherent thoughts.
but lukas, was after all still lukas theiran. he quipped an eyebrow at her mentioning of him being quite stiff. she stalked over to him, resting her hands on his bare shoulders. the muscle is lukas' jaw was visibly twitching. he was no saint. and this had taking been taking all of this self control before she had even managed to touch him. when her hands met his shoulders, it was as if a gun had exploded. lukas didn't know what to do. he didn't know whether he wanted to throw her against a wall, and show her just how much he wanted her. or whether he shouldn't. whether that would be to much. he settled for clenching arms into his sides, stepping around her with a deep breath and dropping down onto the bed. he was exhausted. he felt as though he'd ran a marathon. eyes squeezed tightly closed, he tried to calm down. "i'm going for a cold shower," he muttered, yet making no effort to move from where he sat.

i don't know well maybe i'm in love Sophia was hurt. There was no other word for it. She hadn't intended for Lukas to walk in while she was trying on her clothes but she had figured that turning the accident into something mildly sexy instead of blushing and bumbling around like an idiot would have been a much better option. Lukas' reaction had confused her. Hugging her arms around her torso, Sophia sat down on the bed, two feet away from Lukas, before letting her body fall back and staring at the ceiling. No matter how Lukas moved, Sophia didn't react for a few minutes. She concentrated on making her emotions slide back into check – she controlled her embarrassment, suppressed her frustration and swallowed her pride. Sophia sighed and ran her hands through her hair, letting her eyes shut. ”Go have a cold shower then.” she murmured, still laying on the other side of the bed. ”Though somehow, I doubt you actually need it.” Sophia, honestly, had expected him to like her motorcycle gear. She felt good in it, why couldn't he like it? She wanted to impress him. She wanted him to like how she looked and appreciate that she could be sexy too. After all, Lukas' other interactions with women had been purely sexual – surely he was expecting the same from her.
Sitting up, Sophia rested back on her elbows and looked over at Lukas, her hair falling around her madly. ”I thought you were going?” she asked, not sure whether she wanted him to go so she could wallow or whether she wanted him to stay and make her feel better. Her mind registered that Asher had come upstairs and was sniffing around the bathroom, for which she should probably stop him. However, she was busy watching Lukas. ”I'm probably not going to be very interesting today – I've got to catch up on some house stuff, take some things back to town, watch shows about houses I'll never buy, so on and so forth.” she continued, her voice emotionless. Sophia couldn't place why Lukas' lack of reaction had hurt so much, but now she just wanted to make him entirely understand that she was actually, rather boring. He'd just said he wanted to try for a relationship but now his reactions screamed to Sophia that really, he wasn't about to get what he was expecting from her. Sophia stood up, rubbing her exposed arms slightly, despite the fact she wasn't cold. ”I'll probably slob around all day and then have a bath at a ridiculous time in the afternoon and settle down with a trashy romance novel. You'd probably have more fun on your bike.” her tone was self deprecating, something Sophia normally wasn't. However, as always with Lukas, everything she felt seemed to be larger than life, including everything she was feeling at that moment.

lukas' whole body turned cold. from the roots of his blonde hair, to the tips of his toes. the emotionless tone of her voice stung him; his mind still hadn't had time to gather it's thoughts and make sense of the situation. as sophia flopped onto the bed, a good two feet away from him, and flopped onto her back; a thousand questions began racing through his head. what had he done wrong? was it a delayed reaction from him walking into the room unannounced? he heard her words, but remained seated. what the hell was she on about? 'though i doubt you need it."... what was that meant to mean? he whipped his head around to look at her. a his brow furrowed in both confusion, but also frustration at her body language and the tone of her voice. "wha-" lukas began, before being cut off by her words. talk of her having important things to do today. watching house programs, though if lukas could recall correctly 'location, location, location' wasn't on until tomorrow evening.
processing her words, he remained unmoved. his gaze widening in horror when it finally dawned on him what was wrong. 'surely it can't be that?' lukas thought to himself. 'surely she can't think that i don't want her?!'. but it all made sense. the fact that she'd been wearing leathers. leathers that lukas liked very much indeed. probably a little too much. the way she'd reacted when he'd not acted upon her being dressed like that. 'wait' lukas thought to himself. 'she wanted a reaction?'. throughout the whole time, lukas had been fighting for control; because he thought that is what she'd have wanted. his eyes still wide in disbelief, he shuck his head slightly; as if hoping the scene infront of him would all go away. "sophia," he started, clearing his throat, waiting for her to finish about probably enjoy riding his bike more. "just quit doing that for one moment, and let me talk!" he exclaimed. " if you think for one moment that i... rejected your advances by not reacting to your..." gesturing to her attire. "then you might be right; but i have my reasons for doing so," clenching his jaw, the muscle jumping under the tension. "the reason i did, isn't because i didn't want you, if you think that i don't want sex with you then you are utterly absurd,".
lukas' gaze rolled to the ceiling. "i liked those leathers very much," he paused, deliberating. "probably too much infact," yes, he decided, definitely too much. "and i cant even put into words what i want to say," drawing in a deep breath, before he began again. "the reason i didn't do what i wanted to do- and for the record what i wanted to do was throw you up against that wall, and show you just how much i liked the leathers. no the reason i didn't do that is because you aren't like them to me..." searching for the right way to explain it. "i've never had a relationship before, and to a certain extent sophia, i want to do it right. i don't want you to feel like just because we're dating you HAVE to sleep with me straight away," his hand making a slow reach for hers. "you aren't just a hook up, sophia. sex will, when we both decide that were are ready, only ever be part of this. part of us. i want so much more from you than just sex," lukas' eyes were blazing, his breathing slightly labored. "i want you to want to sleep with me, because you want to. not because you feel like you need to,". he stood up briefly, running a hand through his hair, "i'm not him, sophia. whoever you think i am, right now. i'm not the guy who would lull a girl into a false sense of security. i'm not him. neither am i the guy who just because he's slept around with how many girls, he expects the girl who is the most important person in his life to do the same as those other girls. the girls who were just hook-ups. flings. girls who didn't mean anything," he shrugged. "i'm sorry, i really am. i'll just get my stuff if you want me to leave," his shoulders slumped, defeated.

i don't know well maybe i'm in love Sophia stood completely still as Lukas demanded for her to stop talking and simply stared at him. She had no idea why his rejection had made her so completely irrational, nor did she have any idea why she was so hurt by it, or even really why she was worried about the rejection considering he was still here. However there was nothing that could be done now, so she folded her arms across her chest so that her hands rested on opposite shoulders and let her face remain emotionless. Her eyes, of course, portrayed everything that she was feeling, but she didn't know and didn't have any control over that anyway, so it didn't matter. Lukas' formal manner made Sophia want to blush and his outright mention of sex made the heat start to rise in her cheeks. As he continued, her cheeks started to show the signs of a blush that started to grow until it covered her cheeks perfectly. Slowly, Sophia let her arms slip down from her shoulders and extended one hand into his, letting the simple gesture and touch soothe her. At the same time, she stepped a little closer to Lukas, her head dipped slightly so that her hair fell to hide the blush on her cheeks. She was beginning to feel very foolish and very stupid, in a different way to how she had felt previously. She'd made an issue out of him being a gentleman. Sophia had created this whole drama out of something that she should have liked – he respected her. Waiting until he stopped talking, Sophia stepped forward to him and hugged him, her arms around his torso and her head against his shoulder. She released his hand from hers and let her own hands splay across Lukas' back, trying to hold as much of him as possible.
”I don't want you to leave.” she murmured into his shoulder, oddly tired from the mad emotions of the last half hour. ”I want you to stay.” For the moment, she couldn't say much more – she was too overwhelmed with various emotions. Stupidity; she overreacted and created and issue out of nothing. Embarrassment; she'd flaunted herself and made herself look desperate. Safety; Lukas made everything better and his warm chest and arms were comforting. Her body, which had previously been left cold by Lukas' dismissal of her, started to warm from her chest outwards. Sophia was still tense, her shoulders knotted and bunched up and her back stiff, but her body was slowly relaxing. ”You caught me unawares.. when you walked in.. I wasn't expecting you to be out of the shower so I thought... Well I didn't think you'd see me trying the clothes on..” Sophie half mumbled into Lukas' chest. ”I didn't want to look stupid in front of you.. But I kinda did anyway.” she finished, tiptoeing and nuzzling her face into the crook of Lukas' neck. She half wished she was wearing heels so that she could rest her head there naturally. It was a nice little nook where she could hear his heartbeat and his breathing and smell the very Lukas scent that she loved so much.
After a few moments silence, Sophia spoke up again. ”So I should keep the leathers? Or should I try and find a different set?” she asked, almost reaching a teasing tone but not quite. She realised now that he had said he liked the leathers a lot, and was secretly pleased. Even if he hadn't shown it, he had found her entire.. performance, attractive. Finally breaking away from the embrace, Sophia tiptoed again and kissed Lukas gently, brushing one of her hands through his hair softly before settling back on the heels of her feet and breaking the kiss. ”You can go today if you want to – I was serious about having to do housework.”

lukas cannot explain the feeling of relief he felt when sophia's arms wrapped around him. he responded by linking his arms around her waist, pulling her closer into him. "mm. good," he muttered into her hair. he listened to what she had to say, lips brushing against the top of her head. "would it make you feel better if i said that you regularly look stupid in front of me?" laughing softly under his breath. "i nearly ran you over the first time i met you. then your top managed to turn see through in the sea... i'm used to it," tightening his arms around her waist.
he paused. basking in the moment. just him and sophia. well, if you ignored asher, who was probably drowning in the toilet at this exact moment in time. her head was buried in the crook of his neck; which was causing small tingles to burn his skin. a wicked smirk captured his lips; as he heard her words. dipping his head until his lips were millimetres from her ear. "i think keeping the leathers may be a wish idea...". lukas' lips then began teasing the side of her throat, his teeth nipping at it, gently grazing the flesh. "you never know when we... i mean you... may need them, i'm sure they'll come in very handy,". hands roaming her back, he toyed with the flimsey material between his fingers. causing into to ride up slightly over her thighs. still tracing her jawline with kisses, he raised his head, quiping an eyebrow at her. "are you sure you want to do housework?"
the words lukas and housework, went together like lukas and religious. or lukas and carrots. or lukas and school. they really didn't go together. that is why, being the good parents lukas' mother and father were, hired him a house cleaner. sure, he wasn't a total pig, he cleaned slightly. but lukas didn't know his hoover from his iron. his window cleaner from his filtered water... you get the jist of it. the talk of housework wasn't a topic lukas enjoyed. instead he urged her backwards until the back of her knee's hit the bed. though he was acutely aware of the fact he was still only in his boxers, he swore he would behave. just because you're resisting the drink, doesnt mean you can't admire the bouquet. lukas was aware he'd totally ripped off a twilight quote, but he didn't care. "i can think of much more interesting things instead of housework..." gently pushing her onto her back. standing over her with a wolfish grin on his face. he lowered himself gently onto the bed, so he was hovering over her. his elbows and knee's supporting the majority of his weight. kissing up her neck, one of his hands trailing up and down her hip. he broke away, his lips once more returning to her ear. "lets watch motocross," trying to stifle a laugh.

i don't know well maybe i'm in love Sophia was incredibly aware of Lukas' attentions to her throat and neck. It was incredibly easy for her to adapt to Lukas' mood swings; this moment was a key example as he went from being serious to being teasing and flirty. Still, handling his mood swings did not enable her to handle her reactions. Despite the fact they'd just had a conversation about the fact that sex was not top priority, Sophia's body was quickly turning towards that direction. She couldn't help it – he was teasing her, both vocally and physically. She let her head drop slightly to one side, exposing a little more of her neck, before straightening herself up as he questioned her. Sophia's pulse was beating fast and her breathing was slightly uneven. Her cheeks were slightly flushed and the pupil of her eye was just slightly dilated – all signs that Lukas was winning. ”I have to do housework.. I refuse to live in a dump, especially after how much debt I'm in for this house.” she replied, stepping around Lukas in order to tie the curtains back properly, but instead finding herself trapped between his body, which was scantily clad still, and the bed. Her balance wasn't fantastic at that moment, trying various combinations of clenching her calves or her thighs or her bum in order to make sure she didn't fall backwards, however it wasn't really necessary. ”I'm sure you-” Sophia was cut of as she shrieked slightly, falling backwards onto the bed.
He was above her and Sophia could see all of his body, asides from the parts covered by boxers that she really shouldn't have been thinking about. It made her breathing catch in her throat, not helped by Lukas' return to her neck that sent tingles through to her spine which then raced through her body. Sophia ran her hands up over Lukas' chest, admiring him, before linking them behind his neck. Then, he suggested tv. Motorcross. Sophia couldn't decide whether to laugh or not, letting her arms fall off of Lukas and behind her on the bed like a snow angel. ”You want to drag me away from cleaning the house that you live in for most of the week... to watch motorcross?” she asked, one eyebrow raised. She attempted to slide out from under his body but failed, so caught his knees with her legs and knocked them out from under him before rolling onto her side so they were facing each other. ”I'll strike you a bargain. One hour, helping me clean the house, then you get tv rights all afternoon. I'll even buy you doritos.” she offered, running her fingers through his hair and twisting it around her fingers. ”I'll watch your motorcross and top gear and all those manly shows... if you help me out first.” Sophia shifted her body slightly closer to Lukas', kissing his cheek, down to his jaw and then up to his ear. ”Just don't think you'll get away with putting Babestation on.” she warned him, teasing, before rolling away from him and skipping up off of the bed.
”Alternatively, you sit on your own in the lounge while I clean around you, and spend less time cuddling me on the sofa because I'll be doing all the work myself.” Sophia found her slippers and put them on, along with an oversized cardigan that she rolled the sleeves up on, and skipped out of the room without waiting for his reply. ”Asher?” she called to the little puppy, who came bounding out of the bathroom and into her arms, smelling suspiciously of dirty washing. ”Go see Lukas.” she told the little puppy in the same voice she would use to excite a two year old, before letting him into the bedroom and shutting the door. Sophia giggled and went downstairs, taking the hoover from the under-stairs cupboard and plugging it in. Sophia was no domestic goddess, but she liked her house to be clean. ”If you fancy helping out Lukas, you can come do the hoovering while I clean the kitchen.” she called to him, her voice still holding a shadow of teasing, while she turned to finish the washing up.

he couldn't resist a knowing smirk as her hands roamed over his chest. now this was much more interesting than housework. lukas failed to bite back a laugh as her arms flopped from around his neck and back on the bed. he turned his attention to her jawline, tracing it with the tip of his nose, inhaling the familiar scent that was sophia. vanilla, with a hint of something extra. "that's exactly what i want," lukas murmured, smirking at her failed attempt to escape his clutches. only his smirk fell when she kicked his knee's out from underneath him, causing him to roll onto his side beside her. feeling her fingers tracing through his hair, he responded with his eyes closing in bliss "you know you're insufferable, right?" lukas grumbled softly. "attempting to distract me by seduction and trick me into doing housework..."
he allowed her lips to brush over his cheeks, his jaw and then back to his ear. remaining silent all lukas did was exhale a deep sigh. "a whole hour?" groaning, and muttering incoherent cursing underneath his breath. "well, i suppose i could cope sitting alone in the lounge watching you clean... if you were to wear something suitable... those leathers maybe," with an impish grin, he peeled open one eye to watch her reaction. "no? oh well. it was worth a try, i suppose,". listening to her terms and conditions, he wavered upon the mention of doritos, and tv rights. as much as he hated housework, he had to admit he did spend more time here than he did at home. "we should totally just ring my housekeeper and get her to clean... and we could fill the day with more... satisfying ventures," he knew the answer to his underlying innuendo's would immediately be no. though her slipping off the bed, and skipping away from him, left him somewhat disgruntled. he was enjoying the attention. leering at her departing figure, he shouted after her. "no babestation? that's fine, i'm more of a 'MILFS-GONE-WILD' guy anyway," muffling his giggles, as asher bounded on the bed to greet him. "i hope you're aware little man, that if i smelt as bad as you do right now. your mother wouldn't even allow me in the house, let alone her bed!".
clambering out of bed, lukas attempted to make his way downstairs. this wasn't an easy feat with a puppy, who had decided it would be fun to play "attack-lukas-ankles-day". growling, he made his way down the stairs, to where he heard sophia talk to him, careful not to tread on the puppy that was weaving in and out between his feet. "asher, cage!" watching the puppy trundle off into the kitchen. walking silently into the room, he stood behind her. snaking his arms around her waist, he placed a kiss on his neck. "hoovering?" returning to teasing her throat with the grazing of his teeth. "you, just want to see me stretching my muscles and bending over wearing very little clothing," releasing her he made his way over to the hoover. picking it up easily in one hand, and wandering away from her. "who would have thought it? little miss sophia jaye, having a fetish for semi-naked males doing housework," bending over he plugged the hoover in, pausing before switching it on. twisting his head round, a mischievous smile twitched on his lips as he spoke. "let's just hope the neighbours don't see... can you imagine the gossip. scandalous!".

i don't know well maybe i'm in love ”We're not using a cleaner. I can't afford a cleaner. Your labour costs far less.” Sophia said, her hands covered by yellow washing up gloves as she scrubbed the remains of a lasagne from a ceramic cooking dish. She could hear Lukas coming downstairs, now and had just finished the washing up which she left to drain whilst she cleaned the sink. Sophia leant back into Lukas as he wrapped his arms around her and let her head fall back onto his shoulder. Sophia missed his warmth the moment he stepped away, making a noise of complaint. ”Well, as nice as that idea is, I had actually thought you'd get dressed before you came downstairs. If you really wish to carry out the housework in your boxers it's entirely up to you.” she said, her face hidden by an open cupboard as she put the crockery away. ”Just don't make snide comments when you catch me watching you.” she added, giggling and taking out the Dettol to wash down the sides. Sophia giggled again as he spoke, feeling her cheeks blush slightly. ”You have a fetish for women in leather. Next you'll be asking me to get out whips and handcuffs.” she teased in return, flicking a teatowel at his bum.
Sophia finished cleaning the kitchen quickly, putting clothes into the washing machine and walking up behind Lukas, putting her hand over his as he hoovered. ”You know, you'll probably find it easier if you take the head off.” she advised, leaning down and adjusting the hoover so that the hoover could focus on the corners that Lukas was aiming on. ”I'm guessing, with your housekeeper, you're not used to housework?” she observed, hovering behind Lukas as he hoovered. She ran her hands over his bare back and up over his shoulders, rubbing them gently and pressing a kiss between his shoulder blades before she moved away and into the lounge. Tying the curtains back and straightening the cushions didn't take long, Sophia dusted over the television set and the shelves before trekking upstairs. ”Lukassss...” she called from the landing, ”I'll buy you some form of alcoholic beverage if you hoover the stairs for me?” she offered, her voice as sweet as possible. ”And I won't make you clean the toilet.” she added.
Unfortunately, that was Sophia's job – not improved by the fact she'd had a boy using her bathroom for the past week. Sophia covered the shower, sink, bath and toilet in various cleaning products, then rinsed the room off and went down to the lounge, content that the housework was now done. Sophia flopped down on to the sofa and laid down, letting her feet rest on the armrest. She waited for Lukas to walk in and held her arms out to him. ”Come here.” she said with a smile, budging over and make room for him. ”As promised, you get tv control.” she continued, snuggling into Lukas and nuzzling her face into his neck. ”But seriously, no porn, or I'm putting Escape to the Country on.” she murmured in his ear before kissing his jaw gently. Sophia was very, very, happy.

"well now you mention it, i quite like the idea of the handcuffs. i'm not so sure on the whi-" he was about to tell her, how he wasn't sure the whips were such a good idea, as she'd probably take his eye out with it. before he could finish sophia had flicked the teatowel at his ass. lunging out of its way, he turned to glare at her. he was all to familiar with the sensation of a towel whip. you know what teenage boys are like; give them a locker room and a towel and many hours are spent inflicting pain on eachother... "fine," he huffed. "since you obviously object to me wearing so little clothing, i shall go and cover my repulsive flesh,". placing the hoover down, he wandered upstairs and began rifling through the draw where he kept spare clothes. a soft tune was being hummed, as he settled upon a pair of grey jogging bottoms and a blue superman top. pulling the clothes over his head, he gave himself a once over in the mirror. spraying a mild amount of joop on his neck, he turned and made his way back down the stairs once more.
at this moment in time, lukas was in a battle of wits. a battle of wits like no other. a battle of wits that would go down in history, as being one of the greatest battles since the dawn of mankind. fair enough, it was with the hoover, but that is beside the point. for some reason the infernal contraption wouldn't suck up all the dust and dirt from the corners and creveses within the room. "well this is a load of crap," lukas growled to himself. lifting the hoover off the ground, in an attempt to get the hoovers sucking power to suck up all the untouchables. unfortunately this didn't appear to work either. so lukas remained stood there, glaring at the electric menace and ramming it into the corner. as if expecting my magic, either the hoover would begin to work, or the room would expand- thus allowing lukas to hoover the bits safely and without a problem. he paused, listening to sophia's words. "i totally knew that," he grumbled. "hunk of crap,". nodding at her words, he continued to duel with the hoover, as her hands began rubbing over his back,, under his shirt. "nope, i've never really done housework. doleros does it for me," feeling extremely pleased with himself, as he admired the clean floor infront of him. "lukas- one... hoover- nil,".
feeling triumphant lukas turned off the hoover, and began winding in the electrical cable, when he heard sophia's voice sing from lounge. dropping the cable, he turned and continued glaring at the hoover. " but you know i hate this stupid thing," his eyebrows raised at her bribery. she knew him, he'd give her that. " attempting to ply with alcohol, so you can seduce me? my, my, my," he groaned, but she'd won, without him even realising it. picking up the hoover, he made his way to the stairs. somehow along the way, the cable had got wrapped around his legs causing him to stumble, he dropped the hoover on his foot twice, and had even managed to stub his toe on the stairs. "fuck," he cursed, after the third time of nearly being dragged down the stairs by the hoover. "lukas, hoover the stairs. lukas, i need a big strong man, please save me from the hoover of doom. hoover the stairs lukas, or i'll strangle you with your own en-trails before feeding you to the dog of satan," he mimicked in sophia's voice. he really, really hated housework.
having narrowly avoided falling down the stairs, he made his way into the front room, where he saw sophia lounging across the sofa. collapsing onto the sofa beside her, he voiced his lesson of the day. "today i learnt, i'll never take doleros for granted again,". leaning into sophia, as she nuzzled into his neck. lukas took the control and flipped over until 'escape to the country' was on the screen. "never say i'm not a good boyfriend... battling the hoover of death AND giving up my tv control rights... i'm awesome" brushing his lips against hers.
NEW OUTFIT.
