so yeah, i'm laura, or lo as pretty much everyone calls me. that's me in the pic up there, it sorta sucks, but i fail at taking pictures. so a few random facts about me

one
i am determined to have joey richter's babies, and i think starkid is fucking genius. plus, our children will be ridiculously attractive.

two
i'm twenty years old, twenty-one in less than two weeks, which means i can legally get shitfaced, and do most of the things i already do, but it's going to be crazy and insane, and i can't effing wait.

three
i love to dance more than almost anything. i've been doing it for almost eighteen years and i love it so much. i do ballet, jazz and hip hop and i'm minoring in dance at school.

four
i'm in my fourth year of community college, mostly because i've changed my major more times than i care to count. but after this year, i'm moving two hours away and going to university.

five
i live in oregon, probably the rainiest, most boring place ever. i cannot wait to get out of here, probably because i've been living here most of my life. but i am surrounded by potheads and crazy hippies, which is pretty awesome.

i am seriously the biggest nerd ever. i have a minor obsession with x-men, firefly, veronica mars, chuck, star wars, and lots of other nerdy things. i even have a replica of the wolverine necklace from x-men, which if you know what i'm talking about is awesome.

seven
i love music, mostly indie-rock, and electronic. my favorites right now are arcade fire, the shins, apple trees and tangerines, passion pit, florence and the machine, basement jaxx, and a lot more that i can't think of at the moment, but knowing me it'll be different tomorrow.

eight
i am a sports freak. i love american football, basketball, volleyball and gymnastics. i love to watch them for the most part, because i am like the least athletic person ever. but i love the indianapolis colts, the new orleans saints, the boston celtics and the portland trail blazers.

i looooove harry potter so freaking much it's not even funny. i have like five bajillion fanfics in the works right now, and all my copies of the books are falling apart. and i'm counting down the days until dh comes out.

i'm just pretty damn awesome. and i can't think of anything else.
