lukas was nervous. he was never nervous. he was usually so calm, people questioned whether he was actually conscious, during important moments of his life. such as his driving test, results day, motocross competitions. lukas didn't see the point in working himself up over something. you get on and do it. however, he had woken up that morning... feeling nervous. attempting to disspell these feelings by settling his stomach, with breakfast hadn't worked either; he wasn't hungry. boys are always hungry. even when he was ill, he was hungry. he must be coming down with some form a killer flu, cursing himself for going in the sea not too long ago. tonight he was staying at sophia's, ready for their surprise adventure tomorrow. lukas realised how different sophia was from other girls. it was an immediate realisation really, the fact that she hadnt castrated him, for nearly breaking her nail, or ruining her pedicure, when he'd almost crushed her with his bike. no, this was only cemented further in the fact, that most girls would sneer at this adventure. they'd demand that he turn around immediately and drive them to the nearest shopping mall. he also had no doubt in his mind that tonight would be nothing like the nights, where he usually stayed at girls houses. sophia's ignored that side of him, his innuendo's, his charm. she just laughed at him, brushing it to the side, and twisting the conversation onto a topic she wanted. "maybe thats what i like about her so much," lukas mused to himself outloud.
the day had dragged. he'd showered that morning, in preparation for seeing her. noting to himself, that his mint shower gel, smelt so much better than that cherry ripple crap. shuddering at the memories of it. he'd practically scrubbed off a layer of skin, when he had returned home after their takeaway. finally eight o'clock came, he chucked a spare t-shirt and underwear into his backpack, grabbed his helmet and headed out of the front door. there was a slight drizzle as he started up the bike. pressing his helmet down over his head, the bike roared to life. the streetlights highlighted the rain as he rode down the streets. sophia didn't live too far from him. only ten minutes on a bike. the streets were quiet tonight. it didn't surprise him. it wasn't often they go rain here, so people treated it like the plauge. hiding indoors. luckily his jacket, and gloves protected him from it.
braking outside her house, he smiled as he saw the house lit up in a warm glow. the bike's engine died down. and he saw a curtain twitch. his mouth slipped into a grin. as he climbed off the back, heading up to the front door. lifting the helmet up for it just sat on the top of his head. his backpack slung across one shoulder. he jogged the final distance to the door. the rain bouncing off his leather jacket. he rapped his knuckles on the door, shetlering under the porch. as the door opened, a smile flashed onto his face. gesturing to what he held in his hands, he spoke. "i come baring gifts" smirking to her. "of hot chocolate," stepping closer to her, his head dipped, his lips awfully close to her ear. as he whispered, he was sure his breath would tickle her ear. "and incase that still hasn't cemented the idea of you letting me in. i've brought marshmellows too," he broke away and laughing abruptly.

her face is a map of the world sophia had been trying to keep busy all day. firstly she'd been at work, where she'd had two toddlers throw up on her and one girl say that her hair was very pretty today. then she'd gone for a jog (once changing out of the sick covered clothes) after which she'd painstakingly cooked her own dinner. she'd not cheated and made something simple like pasta in a sauce, no. she'd made homemade bolognese, from scratch, with a recipe book in front of her. the end result hadn't tasted too bad either. she'd still had enough left over to pack up and take with her tomorrow on her and lukas' adventure. just thinking about it made sophia's stomach flip over a little. she was... anxious about the adventure tomorrow. she was anxious in a good way though - it was the sort of anxious that worried about whether she'd be quite good enough for lukas tomorrow or if she'd go wrong or something else typically insecure. she wasn't worrying about the adventure - that was incredibly exciting. she just wanted to make sure that she didn't disappoint lukas. so when it was half past seven, sophia put the kettle on, ready to make hot chocolate when lukas arrived. then she went and showered quickly, tying her damp hair into plaits, one of each side of her head. after donning pyjamas and sliding on her dressing gown and slippers, sophia felt ready to snuggle up into bed. lukas was staying over tonight so that they would be able to leave bright and early tomorrow morning for the start of the surprise adventure. the kettle clicked and sophia went to the kitchen to get mugs out of her cupboards. it was at this time that her puppy awoke from his bed in the corner of the kitchen and padded over to her ankles, sniffing her and headbutting her legs until she crouched down to pick him up. sophia giggled as the little huskie puppy licked her nose and nuzzled into her neck. she still hadn't decided on a name for him yet, maybe lukas would be able to help her. the huskie was only twelve weeks old, but was luckily already house trained. sophia wasn't very good at dealing with mess in her own home. leaving the mugs and kettle in the kitchen, sophia went and sat in her lounge, laying back on the sofa and setting her puppy on her chest where he sat happily, watching her with big dark eyes. "what're we going to call you, eh?" she asked him, rustling the fur behind his ears. she'd only gotten the puppy last night, but already felt a deep bond with the little ball of fluff. now that the puppy was awake all he wanted to do was play and was soon tugging at the fabric of sophia's dressing gown, as if trying to make her sit up. then, suddenly distracted, the puppy looked to the front of the house and flattened it's ears, laying on sophia's chest. sophia frowned in confusion for a moment before she recognised the sound of lukas' motorbike and stood up carefully, putting her puppy on the floor. the puppy stood where he was, too scared by the foreign noise to move, even when sophia opened the front door and saw lukas standing there. she broke into a huge smile, looking over her shoulder quickly to check on the puppy before turning back to lukas. "hey, you." she said, still smiling, and stood back a little to let him. she saw the things in his hands and giggled a little more. "wise move. it's always good to bribe the person who is sheltering you in her nice house for the night." she said, though her voice drifted off a little as he leant in to her face. she surpressed the shiver that ran up her spine but couldn't help the weird tingling that his presence send through her body. "you know, i was just putting the kettle on for hot chocolate." she said, smiling at the irony. "but it seems you're a man who knows how to look after a lady." she continued teasingly, shutting the door behind lukas and locking it. once the door was shut her puppy whined from his place in the corner and sophia tapped her thigh so that he came over to her and sat by her ankles. "i finally got my puppy." she said happily to lukas, bending down and picking the puppy up. "though he's a bit shy at the moment, since i only picked him up last night." she further explained. "we'll go sort the hot chocolate out before it gets cold, yeah?" she suggested, leading through to the kitchen, still carrying her puppy in her arms. he was only little, though looked quite large when little sophia was carrying him. the mugs were still out for when sophia had planned on making hot chocolate herself. "may as well use these mugs." she said, putting her puppy down as he started to wriggle. "hope you don't mind my girly china." she resumed her teasing. "or my girly bedding for that matter." sophia took the hot chocolate from lukas, nodding that he could put his gear down on the dining table. she then poured the hot chocolate and presented it to lukas. "there's a couple of dvds in the lounge if you want to watch something; i don't have many tv channels since i don't really watch tv, but feel free to find something to watch. sophia was using the tactic of keep-talking-so-that-you-forget-how-gorgeous-lukas-is. she took her hot chocolate and moved to sit on the sofa in the lounge, her puppy following and sitting on her lap. "how's your day been anyway?"outfit<3. for dearest kate. puppy.

she looked so freaking adorable. like seriously. just seeing her stood infront of him, in the doorway, wearing the most cutesy pajama's you could ever imagine- made him smile. "hey you too". grinning as she led him into the house, lukas ducked under the doorway, to avoid knocking the helmet balanced on the top of his head off. "bribery? you need me to actually bribe you to let me stay here?" a sad pout appearing on his face. "and i thought my body would have been enough," sighing deeply. "another deep blow to my ego,". he agreed with her sentiment. " do you realise how cute you look right now?" removing the helmet off head, and laying it on the table, he ran his fingers through his hair. "if you think that's me taking care of a lady..." reaching into his backpack, and pulling out two large bars of chocolate and a packet of dorito's. "you have seen nothing yet,". he winked at her, placing the treats on the table. reaching upwards, he stretched upwards. yawning. his face lit up at the mention of a puppy. he peered at the puppy in her arms. it just kind of knocked the adorability metre off the radar.
"sure," following her back through to the kitchen, at her question of whether they should get the hot chocolate. "make sure i get plenty of marshmellows, if you're going to make me drink it out of ridiculously feminine china!" poking her in the side. "i bet you went and brought that, just to torment me,". he leered at her, a suggestive smirk plastered across his face. "oh cruel mistress, how you punish me with your girly bedding," eyes widening in mock horror. "however shall i cope?" giving a throaty chuckle at his own words. accepting the hot chocolate off her, he scooped up the treats off the table and followed her into the front room. placing the treats on the middle cushion of the sofa, inbetween them, he settled down onto it. smiling at the puppy infront of him. "my day was okay. i took the bike out for a bit, nothing too exciting," thinking for a moment. "infact no, i'm lying. it was boring. the hours dragged, and it drove me crazy," taking a swig of his hot chocolate and placing it once more onto the coffee table beside him. "so, are you looking forward to tomorrow?" his eyebrows raising, a smirk toying his lips. "you're going to be my prisoner, you know," leaning forward, and laying on his front across the sofa, his face levelled with the puppies. "hey little guy," ruffling the top of his head."
"what's his name?" laughing as the puppy headbutted him in the face. the little sod. it was a good job he was cute."well, he truly is your puppy, have you trained him to that already?" rubbing his forefinger up and down the puppies nose. "did your mother bribe you with treats to do that little one? staring intently into the puppies face, as if he were listening to him. "don't you worry little one, us boys have to stick together you know," lukas yawned again. "you're so mean. rubbing a hand across his forehead."i have no idea how i'm going to get myself out of bed, let alone getting you out of bed at four am tomorrow," running a hand through his hair, ruffling it, so it looked decidely bedheadish. "not that i'll get a wink of sleep in that blasted bedding, and with your snoring" grinning at her. he was happy. he felt so, so happy to be here. "sophia..." he said, prodding her leg, his eyes fixed firmly on that leg, as a distraction. "i'm glad i'm here, you know" his finger stopped prodding, and began tracing the patterns on her pajama bottoms. "girly bedding or not,".

her face is a map of the world Sophia giggled, especially when Lukas then drew out chocolate and Doritos. Oh, he was perfect. Sophia nearly rolled her eyes at her own thoughts. He was a charmer, who’d been out with enough girls to know what to do right. She was determined to keep a straight a head as possible around him. After all, she had to determine that he was actually being genuine first. However, a niggling voice in the back of her head said that he was being genuine. She believed that voice more than she believed her common sense. She had a good feeling about Lukas, like she’d had about Jake. She could think about Jake Walsh, her best friend and ex boyfriend, without pain. He had been a lovely person to go out with and yet a brilliant best friend at the same time. Surely if she was getting the same vibes about Lukas as she had about Jake then things couldn’t be all that bad? Once sat in the lounge Sophia relaxed back into her old sofas. They had been a gift from her parents, bought from a charity shop, as the first furniture asides from her bed that she got into her new house. They had a horrible floral pattern to them that Sophia had dyed to varying shades of purple (it had been green and pink before) and there were some places that showed Sophia’s handy work with a needle, but otherwise the living room suite did its job – it was very comfy. ”I promise that my girly bedding isn’t really that bad.” she said with a smile. ”Just a couple of flowers in the corner that you won’t see, then the rest is normal.” Sophia patted Lukas’ shoulder gently, as if to reassure him that his trauma would not be as great as he feared. Listening to his account of his day Sophia smiled sympathetically. ”I got thrown up on by two toddlers. I’m kind of used to it, I’ll admit, but it’s still a bit of a horrible experience none the less. Besides, one of the little girls at the nursery told me that my hair looked nice today, which made up for it.” she said, smiling as she remembered it. Sophia loved children, a lot. She didn’t mind the sick or the nappies because at the end of the day just knowing you’ve had an impact on these tiny children’s lives made up for it. Sophia was basically a huge blob of mum-material. She would be a great mother one day. She sipped her hot chocolate, smiling appreciatively and offering one of the smaller marshmallows to her puppy who sniffed it for a second before eating it. ”Don’t get used to it mister.” she told the puppy with a fake stern voice. ”You’re not going to be spoilt all of the time because you’ll get all chubby.” The puppy looked at Sophia uncomprehendingly before padding over to the food in the middle of the sofa to investigate. Meanwhile, Sophia answered Lukas’ question with an eager nod. ”I love surprises! It’s a shame that we won’t be able to bring little puppy with us, because he can’t go on the bike.” she said, petting the puppy’s head gently. The puppy moved over to Lukas and started trying to make him fuss him. Sophia began to giggle. ”He doesn’t have a name yet.” she explained. ”I couldn’t think of one suitable, so I was hoping you’d help me out with it.” she trusted Lukas’ judgement of dog names. ”But you can’t call him Lukas, because that would be vain.” she said, laughing. She’d vaguely thought of naming the dog something greek, especially with the knowledge she had of greek mythology thanks to her odd discovery at the age of sixteen. However, since Raiden had already named his wolf Styx, she felt this might be stealing his originality slightly. Plus, most of the names in greek mythology were far too dark for such a cute puppy. ”I didn’t bribe him!” she protested, ”He’s a mummy’s boy. He won’t betray me for you.” she said, clicking her tongue to catch the puppy’s attention and beckoning him back to her. ”See? He loves me already.” she said happily, hugging the little puppy gently and dabbing some hot chocolate foam on its nose before drinking more of her mug. ”Don’t worry, I’ll make sure you’re up.” she reassured Lukas. ”My internal body clock will wake me up.” Sophia wasn’t exaggerating either. She was very good at waking up at whatever time she had to, no matter how obscure. If she told herself she had to wake up at thirteen minutes past seven, then she’d wake up a few minutes before or after the mentioned time. ”I’ll set this little guy on you if you don’t get up.” she threatened, looking down at the puppy and giggling. ”He might headbutt you awake or something.” she teased. ”Plus, I don’t snore!” she defended herself quickly, knowing full well that even if she did snore it wouldn’t be as bad as Lukas’ claimed sleep-muttering. Suddenly, the mood shifted slightly and Lukas had turned sincere. Sophia looked down and blushed, loose tendrils of her hair floating down to cover her face. ”I’m glad you’re here too Lukas.” she said, her voice slightly hushed. She was intensely aware of the warm trail that his finger was leaving behind on her skin, as if his fingertips were slowly branding her as his. Sophia let her considerably smaller fingers trace behind Lukas’, like a little shadow. She stared at their hands for a minute before looking back up at Lukas. ”My bedding really isn’t that girly, you know.” she said, her voice still a little softer than usual. ”C’mon, it’s getting close to nine, we need to go to sleep or we’ll never get up tomorrow. I’ll prove to you that the bedding isn’t too girly.” she continued, putting the puppy on the floor and putting the food on the table ready for tomorrow, in preparation to go upstairs. Despite the fact that the whole situation was perfectly innocent, Sophia found it very hard to deny the thrills running through her body. outfit<3. for dearest kate. puppy.

lukas laughed at the image in his imagination of sophia being vomited on, by two little kids. he didn't hate children, but he didn't particularly find the idea of being vomited on, twice in a day, by some weird smelling child, appealing. "that is disgusting, i hope you hid their favourite toy, and buried them in the sandbox" flashing her a cheeky smile. "she was right, you do have beautiful hair," his eyes burning with intense honesty, as his hand crept up and captured a tendril in her hair. soft too, twiddling it between his fingers before releasing it, allowing it to fall back softly onto her neck. "don't ever cut it off,". opening the bar of chocolate, he smiled at her. watching her interaction with the puppy, he feasted away on a piece of the chocolate. reminding himself that the puppy couldn't have any. his mouth dropped open why he saw her feed him. "what is this? you hand feed him? and not me?" leering at the puppy. "you don't know how lucky you are little man," ruffling his fur.
he grinned. "i'm sure you'll love this surprise,". thinking for a moment. " or atleast i hope you will," stroking the puppy, he debated about what he would do if she didn't like the surprise. he suddenly felt like a small boy. totally out of his depth. "if you don't enjoy it, you can just say you know," pausing to consider other options. "we could just go to the mall or something instead," toying with the side of the couch. "or whatever else you girls enjoy doing," glancing at her with a hesitant smile on his lips. "maybe it's a good job puppy isn't going. he gets hand fed treats. petted. more attention." waggling the puppies tail gently with his middle and forefinger. "lukas might get jealous," smiling at the adorable bundle of husky fur. lukas considered names for a moment. "something will come to us eventually, however the name lukas does..." breaking off when he heard her begin to rule of that name, before he'd even uttered it. lukas threw his head back and laughed. "damn."
he snorted at the idea of her setting the puppy on him, to wake him up. "chyeah, because he could do some real damage, you could probably do more damage than the little guy" raising his eyebrows. "and look how small you are!". lukas wasn't quite sure why he told her how he felt about being here. maybe it's because he wasn't used to feeling genuinly happy at being with someone. either way, when she returned the compliment, his head whipped up and his gaze fixed on her face. his throat caught slightly in his throat, as her hand traced patterns on top of his. he flipped his wrist and captured her delicate hand in his. raising it, he didn't know why. not a clue in heaven why he did it. he brought it his lips and kissed it briefly, before letting it go and once more reverting his eyes to the nameless puppy, he was glaring up at him. "oi, does someone not like sharing the attention," lukas chuckled at the dog. "get used to it kiddo,"
his stomach lurched slightly, and he kicked himself. they were going to sleep. s-l-e-e-p. he'd slept a billion times before. what in the lords name was going on with him. he nodded mutely. picking up his own empty mug, and hers, carrying them through to the kitchen. he placed them in the sink, before grabbing his bagpack and following her up the stairs. humming slightly under his breath. lukas followed her into the room, immediately inspecting the bedcover. he turned to look at her, one eyebrow arched. "it'll do," before his face gave way into a smile. lukas didn't really think before he took his top off. she'd already seen him shirtless without a top once, it didn't really occure to him that this might be awkward. he froze. just about to shove his shirt back into his bag. "oh..." turning to face her, standing up straight, clutching his bag in one hand. "i'm sorry. i have pajama bottoms, i just don't sleep in a top..." motioning to the pajama bottoms he had pulled out of the bag. that were strewn across the bed. "i just get too hot, i can sleep on the sofa if it makes you uncomfortable." when putting his pajama bottoms on, he had the decency to turn his back to her, so he was facing the wall, as he removed his jeans and socks. however, he had an odd sensation of eyes burning into his back. it was probably just the dog, he decided. pulling them up over his boxers, and turning to face her once more.

her face is a map of the world Before going up to bed Sophia made sure she set her still nameless puppy down in his bed, inside the puppy cage that sat in her kitchen. She believed in training an animal from the moment you got it – she loved her puppy dearly, but it wasn’t about to sleep in her bedroom or on her sofas. No, he would sleep in the kitchen, in his own special bed, in his own special cage. The puppy didn’t seem to mind, curling up in the dog bed that Sophia had lovingly surrounded with toys and blankets, and shutting its eyes. Sophia smiled and locked the cage door, before checking the back door was securely locked whilst Lukas carried the mugs to the kitchen. While Lukas was collecting his bag Sophia shut the front room windows and locked the front door. ”You know, you needn’t worry about getting less attention than the puppy. You’re getting to sleep in my room, which is more than he gets.” she teased, starting up the stairs and letting him follow. She found it quite comical the way that Lukas had spoken to her puppy and chastised it jokingly. It made her mildly hopeful that Lukas might desire her attention and affection, though she wasn’t about to voice that hope. She twisted her hair around her fingers as she walked, remembering what he’d said about how beautiful it was. She was glad he was stood behind her, or he would have seen her blush simply at the memory. Stepping into her room, Sophia peeled off her dressing gown and kicked off her slippers, putting them all in their appropriate places before sitting on her bed. ”You know, you don’t have to worry about tomorrow. I’m sure I’ll love it.” she said with a reassuring smile. ”And even if I don’t, we’re not going to the mall. We’ll come here and play with the puppy or watch dvds or order Chinese or something. I don’t really like shopping. I’m incredibly fashionly challenged.” she joked, keeping her eyes on him until she noticed him peeling his shirt off. She averted her eyes politely, despite the fact she’d seen him shirtless before. She didn’t know whether he might want a little privacy now or not. When she saw him turn to face her out of the corner of her eye she turned her head back to face him, focusing on keeping her eyes on his face. He seemed to think she would be comfortable with him being shirtless. Sophia didn’t allow herself to laugh. She didn’t mind him being shirtless in the slightest – she’d seen plenty of shirtless boys before after all. She’d slept in a bed with shirtless boys before too. Sophia shrugged, trying to appear as if she wasn’t bothered by the fact that she was in a perfect position to admire his physique. ”I’m fine with you sleeping shirtless.” she reassured him. ”After all, it’s all under a duvet anyway isn’t it?” she said with a smile, shuffling backwards on her bed and sliding her legs under the duvet. She’d been careful to hide all of her soft toys in the wardrobe earlier, before he arrived. ”Honestly, sleep up here. The sofa isn’t great for sleeping on and my bed’s plenty big enough.” she reassured him one last time before he turned around and started taking his jeans off. If Sophia had been more prepared for this moment, then maybe she would have been able to look away, but as it was she had just been awarded with a view of his bum, and now her eyes refused to turn away. In an attempt to distract herself and started speaking again; ”So, uh, did you think of any names for the puppy?” she asked, shuffling over a bit, unnessecarily, when Lukas was changed and getting into bed. She felt the strongest urge to snuggle up next to him instead, but she knew she couldn’t do that. Her mind flashed to the moment downstairs where he’d held her hand, but she diverted her mind again by speaking. ”Could you turn on your bedside light so I can turn the main light off?” she asked. Getting out of bed, Sophia pulled the pyjama top down a little (as, with all pyjama tops, hers had habit of riding up) and shut the bedroom door before turning the light off. She crossed the room quickly to draw the window curtains as well before she returned to the bed and slid in on her side, laying on her side to face Lukas with her covers up under her arms. She lay her hand on the duvet, tracing invisible patterns with her fingertips. It reminded her again of Lukas holding her hand downstairs. ”Thank you for coming over.” she said, her voice sleepy and her eyes starting to close ever so slightly with weariness. She yawned, hiding her mouth behind her hand as she did so, before replacing it on the duvet. ”See you in the morning.” she said, sleepy and smiling, before her eyes shut and she promptly fell asleep. outfit<3. for dearest kate. puppy.

'you're right i suppose," lukas smirked as he followed her upstairs. "you could be making me sleep on the floor," chuckling at the thought. "or even worse, outside on the floor!" releasing an exaggerated sigh of relief. lukas had never really found the idea of sleeping outside appealing. once upon a time, when lukas had been young, influenced and naive, he'd attempted a boys weekend camping with his friends. to say the least, the experience was something he'd rather forget. it involved poison ivy, mosquito's and torrential rain. the boys had initially spent the day, lounging around, fishing at the river. having a few beers, taking in the blissful sunshine. being teenagers, and male, which is a deadly combination- as i'm sure you'll know- it was a recipe for disaster. the one person who had chose to follow the weather report, decided to ignore the warnings of heavy storms. so, the boys had spent the day doing what boys do. important banter regarding which basketball team would be on top this season. he could take down who in a football game. and finally, who had hooked up with who. before they knew it, the storm had began, rain lashing down, thunder had cracked ominously, whilst the lightening lit up the forest. they had no tent set up, all their belongings were damp, due to the lack of shelter. basically they were screwed. lukas shuddered at the memory. "please, don't ever make me sleep outside,".
lukas smiled warmly at her. he was sure she'd like it now. his moment of doubt, had been replaced when walking around her house. admiring all the pictures and artsy stuff lying around. if she didn't love tomorrow, then she must be a squatter who had broken in, and was living in someone elses house. though the suggestion of chinese was awful tempting. infact, anything bar the mall sounded tempting. he hated that place. not so much when he was just shopping for himself. it was quick, simple and easy. in, out and clothes purchased. with girls, even though they spend a million more hours, trying on clothes, keeping up to date with the latest fashions, they never seem to be able to decide. therefore meaning that the time spent in those unbearable places is double, and most of the time thrippled. "i think you look great," he said earnestly. "natural. not trying to hard, but not try too little... you're also not orange, and you dislike the mall" narrowing his gaze to fake that he was scrutinising her. "definite bonus points!".
he watched her shuffle back onto the bed, as she spoke. he tried to look nocholant about the whole thing. casual. whether it was working he didn't know. so he just continued changing his clothes, whilst talking. "yes, indeed. all under the covers,". lukas thought for a moment, as she questioned whether he had any suggestions of names for the pup. "um. i always wanted a dog named asher. it means fortunate, happy etc." biting on the corner of his lip. " never knew why i wanted one called that. just always did,". he had infact always wanted a pet, but his parents wouldn't have allowed it, they said that "your grandfather is pet enough for this house. LOOK!" they would exclaim, "he isn't even house trained,"
and since moving out, lukas just hadn't had time for a pet yet. bar his goldfish. which he'd called jaws. lukas wasn't really sure whether jaws counted as a pet. all he did was swim around a bit, eat and then bump into that bloody castle ornament. he clambered into bed, instantly tensing incase he bumped into her. but didn't. he'd just settled down, when she asked him to turn on his bedside lamp. he leant up on his elbows and glared at her. "yes my lady," reaching over he flicked the switch before collapsing down once more onto the bed. yawning he lay on his side, so he were facing her. his eyes began to droop when he heard her speak. a gentle smile flickered onto his lips. "thankyou for having me over," he murmured. "sweet dreams," he lay there for a moment, listening to her breathing soften as she drifted into sleep. on an impulse he leant over, brushing the hair back from her face, he gave her forehead a softkiss, before rest back onto the pillows; and drifting off to sleep NEWWW outfit.. for tigger <3[/blockquote][/blockquote]

her face is a map of the world When Sophia woke up the next morning, she felt incredibly comfortable. It was still dark in her room, despite it being in the middle of summer. She looked to her alarm clock quickly and saw it was just coming up to four in the morning. Sophia went to roll over and out of bed when she found that her movement was somewhat restricted. Sophia wriggled a little, confused, before realising that an arm was wrapped snugly around her waist, keeping her in place. Suddenly Sophia felt her skin erupt in goosebumps and was incredibly aware of her heartbeat. Sophia slid her hand under Lukas’ arm, trying to loosen his grip on her, even though she was perfectly happy in her current position. Somehow during the night Sophia had rolled over and had since resumed the position commonly known as ‘spooning’ with Lukas. She could feel the flush in her cheeks as Lukas’ grip seemed to tighten a little bit and he murmured in his sleep. Sophia laughed a little, nudging Lukas gently to try and make him move. ”Lukas, you need to get up if you want to go on this adventure.” she said to him quietly, rolling over and finding herself much closer to Lukas than she had originally anticipated. Sophia smiled a little, still trying to extract herself from Lukas. ”C’mon Lukey, Sophia needs to get up now.” she said quietly. It was clear that Lukas wasn’t about to wake up or let her go. She took the moment to look at him, using her free arm to brush his hair out of his face. He was truly gorgeous – she couldn’t help thinking it. Even as he started murmuring in his sleep Sophia couldn’t help but let her stomach do backflips. It was too early in the morning to be dealing with these kinds of emotions. Sophia rubbed his shoulder gently, trying to loosen the muscles that held his arm so tensely around her waist. Miraculously, she succeeded. Lukas’ arm loosened and she knew she’d be able to move it if she wanted to, but didn’t quite feel like moving yet. She lay on her side and watched him sleep for a few more minutes before kissing his forehead gently and sliding out of bed. It was quite cold in her room, since the heat from the previous day had defused during the night and she didn’t turn the heating on in the summer. Sophia put her slippers and dressing gown on before going downstairs to start making a couple of cups of tea. Once she reached the kitchen Sophia was pleased to see that her puppy was still asleep. She briefly remembered what Lukas had said last night. Asher. Sophia crouched down in front of the puppy cage and smiled at the sleeping animal. Yes, Asher would be a good name for him. Smiling with satisfaction, Sophia quickly made two cups of tea and carried them silently upstairs, nudging her bedroom door open with her hip. She set the two mugs down on either side of the bed and sat back onto the mattress. Lukas’ arm was still spread where her body had been previously. She could see the dent that her head had left in the pillows now that her eyes had adjusted to the weak light. Sophia almost curled back into bed and let his arm fall over her again, but instead took Lukas’ hand and briefly laced her fingers with his. She was taking advantage of the fact he was asleep admittedly, but now not only had he stopped mumbling but also she noticed that Lukas’ breathing had sped up since she had last been up here. Sophia quickly let his hand drop back onto the duvet, just to see Lukas’ eyes opening. ”Your tea is on the bedside table.” she said softly, smiling, attempting to cover up the fact she’d been cuddled up to him all night and holding his hand only moments before. outfit<3. for dearest kate. puppy.

lukas was having a lovely dream. a dream that involved being lost in the middle of a forest. trapped in a tent with a hundreds of creepy crawly bugs infiltrating his sleeping bag. then the rain started. lashing down onto the tent, the wind howling outside, it whipped at the tent covers. lukas growled. not again. this is why he hated camping outdoors. the first time lukas had ever been taken camping, was with his crackpot grandad, who he adored. but he was a few fruitloops short of a bowl. they had ended up running out of petrol halfway there, in a no signal zone, and had to walk the entire journey home. lukas wasn't particularly scared of bugs, or spiders... when he was younger he'd often captured spiders in jars, and tried to convince his parents, with no avail, to allow him to keep them as pets. he just didn't find the idea of them crawling about in his sleeping bag, in all the places bugs shouldn't go, all that appealing. he was just about to take on a vicious army of cockroachs that were trying to work into his socks, when he woke up with a start. the room was still dark, pitch black infact. his arm, he learned, was snaked around sophia's waist. she was snuggled into him. squinting at the clock, he realised it was only just past midnight. settling his head once more into the pillow, he fell this time into a deep and content sleep.
this time, a voice broke in on his dream. he was leading in the annual motocross race. when a voice errupted from the speakers, speaking his name. only it wasn't the announcers name, it was... sophia's. "what is she doing here?" lukas mumbled to himself. "she shouldn't be here alone,". he groaned slightly, before dropped back into slumber. though his mind registered how he was cold all of a sudden. and less comfortable than he had originally been. lukas hated early mornings. he hated them so much sometimes. he was so glad his school career was behind him. he could cope with early mornings for when he had to train. riding a bike around a track at six am wasn't that hard. waking up to attend a full day of lessons? yeah that was practically torture. something stirred lukas from his sleep, his hand was tingling. he wasn't entirely sure why. maybe he'd slept on it funny.
it was still black in the room, "give more minutes," lukas mumbled incoherently. his sentence making little, if no sense. his voice rough with sleep. he tried to bury his face once more into the pillow. hearing something settle on the bed beside him, he twisted his head, and squinted in the direction of the sound. sophia. he flashed her a sleepy grin. raising on his elbows, and proping himself against the pillows, sitting up straight. "thanks," he muttered. stretching upwards, releasing the tension, and stretching his muscles that were tight from sleep. "i told you," swinging his legs over the edge of the bed, and standing on his own two feet. he ran a hand through his hair, rufling his already untidy mop. "i am not good with mornings," he turned to face her. "i didn't mumble too much did i?" fearing slightly in what he actually might have said.
wandering over to his bagpack, he pulled out his jeans and top. a smile seemed to be constantly written on his face. he loved waking up here. next to her. well, not specifically next to her, since she'd been up and out of bed, before he'd woken up. but you get the jist of the meaning."well, come on then lazy bum" spinning around to face her, pulling his shirt over his head. "get your butt into gear,". his jeans pulled on next. "come onnnn," he whined. "don't you want your surprise already? you've already kicked me out of your bed, don't make that be in vain," pouting slightly, as he sat on the bed to pull his socks on. "get ready, and i'll give you your first surprise of the day..." his eyes flashing over to the bag, a wide grin etched on his features.

her face is a map of the world Sophia giggled as Lukas asked for more minutes. She poked him gently. ”Nuh-uh, you’ve got to get up.” she said, her voice teasing. She sipped her tea, cupping the mug in her hands and relishing the warmth. She wasn’t very good at being cold. She crossed her legs and watched Lukas wake up with a soft smile on her face. ”You didn’t sleep talk too much. I didn’t really hear any actual words, just lots of mrrr-hhrmmm.” she reassured him, continuing to drink her tea. She watched him move around the room, looking at the dent left in the bedding where he’d slept and silently wishing that he’d wake up here more often. However, she wouldn’t get him here to herself every night – he would have other places to go and other girls to see. She wasn’t about to believe that she was the only one in his life; after all, they weren’t even romantically involved. They’d only met a couple of weeks ago. Asking him to be her one and only was a bit too much. Laughing, Sophia got off of the bed and shed her dressing gown and slippers off. ”Okay, I’m getting up!” she said, still laughing and picking clothes out of her wardrobe to wear. ”How should I dress? Conservative? Long jeans? I suppose so if we’re going on your bike.” she considered, taking a pair of old jeans from the cupboard, along with a random top and a long woollen cardigan. Sophia then smiled and went to the door. ”I’ll just get dressed then I’ll be back and then you can give me this surprise.” she said with a smile. It only took her a few minutes to change in the bathroom before she was back and putting her pyjamas under the pillow and making her bed. As soon as she was done righting the room she turned to Lukas, holding her hand out in mock demand. ”C’mon then mister charmer, I thought I had a surprise?” she said, making sure she sounded incredibly teasing. She didn’t actually expect anything of Lukas. She just liked him being around. ”Actually, show my downstairs. I’ve got to go let Asher out and sort my bag for today.” she said, walking out of the door and quickly going downstairs. She could hear Asher whining and figured it was only fair to give him some attention before they left. Sophia let him out in the kitchen, then out into her very small back garden where he could run around and do his business. She shushed him a couple of times as he barked then beckoned him inside where she found Lukas in the kitchen. ”You know, no one has ever taken me on an adventure before.” she said, smiling somewhat shyly for once. ”It’s the nicest thing anyone has ever done.” she came over slightly shy as she confessed this. She tried to keep her eyes busy by taking food out of the cupboard and putting it in a backpack she found in the dining room. ”I’ll have to think up a super surprise for you soon too.”NEW NOT PJS outfit<3. for dearest kate. puppy.

i know i promised you a surprise, but we just could have spent the day in bed," he groaned, standing up straight after pulling his socks over his jeans. securing them for when he put his motocross boots on. he hadn't worn them last night because it was only a ten minute journey. today, seeing as though if everything went as planned for lukas, they'd be spending a lot of time travelling on the bike- it was just more comfortable for him wear them than his trainers. he glanced up at her, a woflish smirk toying with his lips. "i could have found another surprise for you, without us having to actually get out of the bed," he laughed softly at his own joke. knowing full well that sophia would merely dismiss it. "one day," lukas thought. "i will shock her into silence,". he nodded as she answered her own question. definatly jeans. throw a pair of shorts in your bag if you wish," walking over to the mirror and sighing at his hair. "look what your girlish bedding has done to my hair," looking at it hopelessly. "i look ridiculous,".
his eyebrows shot up at her demands for her present. a barking laugh sounded from his mouth. a disbelieving look on his features. "you really are something," following her downstairs, after grabbing his bag from the dresser. "you do realise that, sophia," he raised his voice, so she could hear him, whilst sorting out the puppy. a smile had creapt on lukas' face, when he heard that she'd named the puppy asher. he couldn't explain how happy that actually made him. the fact that she'd asked for his help naming her brand new puppy, and then chosen his suggestion. grabbing the bag that he'd brought with him last night, the one other than his nightbag, he placed it on the table. the bag was black and relatively large. no-one would be able to make out what was in the bag. it just looked square. that was because whatever lukas had brought sophia was infact still boxed. humming to himself as she came back into the room, he stood next to the bag, a playful smirk etched across his lips. "well then, i thought you wanted your present" his fingers running absently across the carrier bags edge.
his eyes seemed to liquify as she told him no-one had ever done anything this nice for her before. the smirk was replaced by a genuine smile. his eyes full of understanding. "well then," he murmured thoughfully. "i guess that every other guy you've ever met is just a bit of a jerk,". tapping absent mindedly on the table. he couldn't quite believe that guys weren't falling over their feet to get to her. but then again, lukas didn't have any knowledge of whether they were or whether they weren't. all he knew is that he was with her at this exact moment in time. if the male species had any sense at all, they'd see what was right before them. he leant forward, wrapping his fingers around her wrist. gently tugging her forward until she was infront of the bag. "now, before you open it. i brought you these because..." he paused for a moment unsure what to say. as she began opening the bag. "i brought you these because i wanted to, and i hope you like them."

her face is a map of the world Sophia rolled her eyes at Lukas’ joke. It was typical of him. She didn’t bother replying, instead playing with Asher for a while before giving him a kiss on the nose and letting him run around for a while. She took the left over spaghetti Bolognese from the fridge and put it her bag, along with several readymade sandwiches and all of the treats that were left in the lounge the night before. Still, Lukas was waiting for her attention and she was all too ready to give it. As she turned to him she let him take her wrist, relishing the heat that his skin caused to bubble under her own. ”Nah, I’ve had good boyfriends, they just never took me on adventures.” she said with a smile, thinking of the few boys she’d been out with and how they were all still friends now. That was Sophia all over, she didn’t like leaving things on bad notes. She thought that everything could be solved by just being diplomatic. That’s how all of her relationships had ended. Sophia looked as Lukas, twisting her wrist to lightly squeeze his hand with hers as a silent thanks. She didn’t quite know what she was thanking him for; just for being nice, being there, making her feel special. Yes, that’s what she was thanking him for. Turning to the bag, Sophia opened it and pulled out the objects he’d brought for her. Sophia couldn’t help but grin like a child as she held them in her hands. First she admired the crash helmet, turning it in her hands and looking at it from every angle. It was lovely and even better, would keep her safe on the back of Lukas’ bike without having to steal his helmet. And the gloves he had given her looked just the right size. Sophia pulled them onto her hands carefully, flexing her fingers once she was wearing them. She loved them. Turning to Lukas, Sophia hugged him. The proper kind of hug too, where her arms would go around his neck so he could hug her around the waist if he so chose. She couldn’t stop grinning; ”Thankyou Lukas!” she said, unbelievably happy with her presents. ”They’re perfect.” she said sincerely, letting him go and picking the crash helmet off of the table to hold under her arm. ”Now I’ll almost look like a biker!” she said, laughing at the thought. She was nowhere near ‘hard’ enough to ever be a biker. ”If you want, you can go sort your bike out while I lock up and see to Asher.” she suggested, putting her bag and her presents back on the table briefly so that she could pick her puppy up and cuddle him. She held him out to Lukas for a second so that Asher could lick Lukas’ nose, then walked to his cage and shut the little puppy in it. ”I’ve asked someone from work to pop in and feed him for me and stuff, so he’ll be fine today.” Sophia explained, locking the back door and blowing a kiss to the puppy as she left the kitchen-y part of the room for the diner half. She was aware that Lukas had now gone outside to sort the bike out, so grabbed her leather jacket, camera and mobile phone, before heading out the front door herself. She locked the door behind her, glad to hear that Asher wasn’t pining. She still felt a little guilty for leaving him behind, but she’d made sure he’d be well looked after for the day. Sophia walked over to Lukas, poking his side as she passed. ”Where are we going first then? It’s got to be special for you to get us up at this hour of the morning.” she said, looking to the horizon where she could see the very first hints of the sun beginning to rise where the clouds were slowly lightening. She took her camera and tried to focus in on the scene but the light wasn’t distinct enough yet for her to get a good shot. Instead she turned her camera on Lukas and took a photo of him while he was busying himself with his bike. She giggled and stored the camera in her backpack, before throwing it on her back, pulling her gloves on and holding her crash helmet under her arm. She was like a kid at Christmas, almost bouncing with excitement. ”Comeee onnnn.” she half whined, laughing in the process. ”I want to go!” NEW NOT PJS outfit<3. for dearest kate. puppy.

lukas watched sophia's face carefully, as she began to open the bag, digging out the gifts. his stomach gave a nervous twist. he hoped she liked them. maybe he should have just taken her to pick them out. but his fears were laid to rest, when all of a sudden she had flung her arms around his neck. wrapping hers around him. his arms snaked around her waist, drawing her closer to him. a relieved smile appeared on his face, his eyes twinkling with relief. his lips brushed against her hair, a brief kiss on the top of her head; he barely realised that he'd done it. darn impulses. she seemed to bring out all his impulses. causing him to act spontaneously. "i'm glad you like them," laughing at her words. "i'll make a biker out of you yet," setting her down, and standing back. "part of the reason in me buying you these, is because at some point today, i'll teach you how to ride my bike properley." he paused. "on your own," he added, flashing her a grin.
"the bike is nearly ready," he nodded, bending down to retrieve his motocross boots. he threw his trainers into his bag. "now, i've got to get these things on," gesturing to the boots. "harder than it looks, when you're not two foot tall," slipping his foot into the first boot. "not that you would understand. continuing to buckle up the straps securely, his gaze broke back to hers. he smirked at her. he walked out of the house, glancing behind him as he walked, watching her sort out asher. standing beside the bike, started the engine. he leapt slightly at a distinct poke in his side. growling he spun around trying to grab her finger, but missed. busying himself with the bike, he heard her question them about their adventure. "ah, ah, ah. that is for me to know," twisting his head slightly to look at her. he wriggled his eyebrows suggestively. "and you to find out,". the bike was just about ready, when he heard a distinctive sound of a camera shutter. lukas glared at her. "there are going to be plenty of much better things to take pictures of today, instead of wasting your memory on me, sophia," he motioned to the bike.
once he'd lifted her on, and slid infront of her. he grinned at her in her helmet. "you do realise you look hot, right now?" grinning. "i guess i have a fetish for you in biker gear," he turned around to face forwards again. "nice," he revved the engine, and released the break. the bike sped forward, "we're going, we're going." turning left at the end of the road. "now quit your whinging and hold on,". speeding down the empty highway, lukas couldn't be happier as they headed out of the city, and into the winding country roads. he sped along the road, pushing the bike through its paces, as the incline became steeper. after around thirty minutes of driving, rather fast, i may add- they had arrived near the destination. lukas stopped the bike, a bit away from their final designated spot. leaping off the bike, he picked her up and set her onto the ground. "now. you're not allowed to look," he placed his hands over her eyes.
he walked behind her, his hands shielding any chance she would have of peeking at their location. guiding her along the surface, he finally stopped. "are you ready?" he asked. smiling to himself, as he took in the surroundings himself. "three... two...one" pausing for emphasis, before he removed his hands. they were stood on a cliff top. a cliff top that was unspoilt by man. the grass grew freely around them, wildflowers framing the cliffs edge. birds already visible, soaring through the sky. below them the sea crashed against the cliff-face. sending a wave of spray into the air. infront of them, the sun was lit up by the sunrise. the sky looked as if it were ablaze, as the sun rose against the horizon. lighting up the sea in a distinct orange glow. the whole world appeared on fire. the sight rendered lukas himself speechless, and he wasn't usually into this type of thing. he reached across, grasping her hand gently in his, giving it a slight squeeze. "surprise," lukas whispered hesitantly.

her face is a map of the world Sophia couldn’t decide, again, whether the idea of learning to drive the bike thrilled her or terrified her. Regardless, she accepted his compliments with a smile and a little bit of a blush as she put her crash helmet on, pushed her hair out of her eyes and shut the visor. She also remembered to open the little vents on the top of the helmet so that her breathing wouldn’t steam up the inside, as she’d found when first on Lukas’ bike. She was happily perched on the back of the bike, unable to make both of her feet touch the ground. She realised at this point how short that must make her, after all, the bike wasn’t exactly that tall. Sophia was just little. However, as the engine revved beneath her she realised they were about to move and quickly slid her arms around Lukas’ waist, squeezing him quickly in a kind of makeshift hug before relaxing her grip so that she was simply using him as something to hold onto rather than a stress relieving sponge. Before they hit the main roads she amused herself with poking his legs, simply to annoy him. Sophia giggled quietly to herself as she did so. Maybe he was right; she was an imp. The drive was fun. There were no cars around due to the obscure hour of the morning that they were experiencing, and Lukas could go as fast as he wanted, which was very fast. Sophia was half glad when they stopped finally, at an odd place that she barely had chance to see before Lukas had taken her off the bike, removed her helmet and covered her eyes. Sophia fought to keep her heartbeat as calm as possible but she was intensely aware of just how close Lukas was to her. Her breathing picked up a little in pace, yet she had to concentrate on walking as he directed her. She kept her hands over his, ready to peel them off at any moment that she felt particularly uncertain. However she knew the notion was silly – she trusted Lukas entirely. He wouldn’t steer her wrong. When they stopped walking Sophia waited until he removed his hands, keeping her eyes shut even after they’d gone. Where had he brought her? She could smell salt in the air and hear the cries of birds, but she hadn’t recognised the route they’d taken to get here, so they couldn’t be at the beach... A split second later she opened her eyes and gasped, pressing her hands to her mouth for a second before slowly lowering them. It was like watching the birth of the world, she thought madly. The sun was slowly spreading light and colour across what would have been a barren landscape an hour ago. The flowers were gaining colour and the grass blazed in the morning sunlight as if simply being touched by the suns kiss was enough to make it the proudest little plant on earth. She imagined the grass stretching as tall as it could be, just to make sure that everyone knew that this little patch of grass was just as important as the rest. Sophia knew that her imagination was going mad again, but didn’t care. She stared out at the ocean, watching the waves glitter as they hit the cliff face and scattered into diamonds that flew across the air. The whole scene was poetry in motion and it sent shivers through her body. What right did she have to feel beautiful compared to the beauty that was nature? Sophia felt Lukas touch her hand and squeezed his fingers back, transfixed on the scene in front of her. ”Oh Lukas.” she sighed, not tearing her eyes away from the sun. ”It’s so beautiful...” she said in a hushed voice, watching a flock of birds fly across the sun’s path and wondering how wonderful it must feel to have the sun shine on your wings. Standing on the edge of that cliff she felt just as free as those birds. For a moment she had the reckless impulse to jump, but only for a moment. The diamonds may have looked pretty but they would never have caught her. The fire of the sun and the ice of the waves would never be tamed; they would never spare a victim. The entire scene was untampered with – it was the true force of nature in one image. Sophia wondered how on earth she could ever capture it all. Keeping one hand holding Lukas’ she swung her backpack around and rooted through it for her camera, before letting go of Lukas and sitting on the edge of the cliff with her feet hanging over the edge. ”This is the most amazing thing I’ve ever scene.” she said in awe, turning on the camera and twisting the focus lense until she could see the wavering lines of the sun perfectly through the viewfinder. She snapped the shot several times, before looking further down and taking the shot again. Then, she quickly jumped up and ran back to take a portrait shot again and again. She wanted to try and capture the intensity of the light and the ferocity of the waves. She stepped back further until Lukas appeared in the shot too, simply as a silouhette, though she knew he was watching her. She took the photo again, capturing the figure of Lukas as a dark shadow against the entire scene. Her breath caught at the beauty of the image. She had taken enough photos now; she turned off her camera and Sophia returned to sit by Lukas, cuddling up to his side and wrapping her arms around his middle. ”Thank you for showing me this.” she whispered. ”It’s magical.”NEW NOT PJS outfit<3. for dearest kate. puppy.

lukas drank in the serene paradise that surrounded them. this was nature in its purest form. unspoilt by the manipulation and greed of man. if he didn't know better, he'd believe this was eden. a place unaffected by mans first sin. a setting unblemished by mortals taste of the forbidden fruit. lukas wasn't a believer in god, by any means. but the scene around him, made it so simple to see how it could be possible. this could not be a mere coincidence. such intricate design, could not possibly be accidental. strong waves pounded into the rocks. lukas stood, spellbound by the sea. as the spray and foam quenched the jagged cliff-face. the sea simmered with indomitable power. lukas inhaled the scent surrounding them. it was of salt, of the flowers dotted around where they stood, of earth. he'd spent hours considering where to take her on their adventure. average places had initially sprang to mind, but he had wanted it to be something much more unique, something different. something special. somewhere he'd never taken anywhere else before. his mind had drifted to a distant memory. a place his grandparents had brought him, before his grandad had gone bat-shit crazy. he remembered even then the breath taking scene. only he wasn't at the age to appreciate it, as much as he did now. to realise the significance in places like this.
his eyes were drawn from the beauty around him, to sophia. she made this setting perfect. her hair blowing wildly in the breeze. the roar of the ocean, mingled with sound of her camera shutter snapping. her enthusiam was addictive. like a child, she pratically skipped around, trying to capture every little detail of the scene, lukas himself had just been admiring. her eyes were bright, as she drank in the ambience. lukas couldn't help but smile as his eyes trailed after her. the reaction she had, when he had removed his hands, made everything worth it. lukas remained with his legs dangling over the cliff's edge, as he heard the camera clicking behind. the wind whipped at his shirt, his hair. it was at that moment it occured to lukas how incredible life itself was. "my grandparents brought me here when i was younger," he gazed out to the ocean. "before my grandma died..." tracing his fingers along the dirt beside him. "and before my grandad went batshit crazy, of course," he smiled at the memory. "this place was special to me, even then... this is where i come to think," tracing the horizon under his watchful gaze. "when i need space. when i need to figure things out," considering his words for the moment. "its kind of like a private haven. when things get hard, or difficult, i just get on my bike and ride. the bike gives me control, i can choose how fast i go, i control the power in my hands... but here" gesturing to scene before them. "this puts everything into context. this brings me back to reality,"
he watched her return to him, smiling knowingly as she lowered herself down to him. slightly caught off guard when she wrapped her arms around his middle, cuddling into his side. his arm slid around her side, drawing her closer to him. "i'm glad you like it," his eyes memorising the sight before them. how the sun reflected off the ocean, making it appear as if millions of precious jewels, were just underneath the surface of the travelling waves. the sound of their breathing mingled with that of the wind whipping around them, and the waves impacting upon the cliffs below where they sat. "it is pretty special," squeezing her arm gently. "i'm just glad i could share it with you," turning his head slightly to meet her gaze, a soft smile capturing his lips. "it makes this place even more special to me now,".
